I'm glad to find this thread!!! I'm waiting for 8 weeks and still no CO. I'm almost going crazy and pulling my hair out I'm on 189 and submitted visa app on 7/8/2013 I was wondering can it be the occupation? My skilled occupation is Software Engineer and there are lot of applications from SE. Anyone got a clue about this? And Amy, thanks for sharing how you feel cos I'm in the same damn situation today. By the way did you got your visa? How long did it take for you?

Hi All, I have submitted my visa application (189) on 7th August 2013 and it's being 7 weeks and 2 days. But still no case officer!!! I was pulling my hair out before I found this thread but feel little bit relaxed after knowing there has been a delay for others too. If there is someone who has submitted their visa application during early August please reply with your status. It's always good to have someone to share the crazy feelings!! Cheers Himali
