Thank you Ali, I know you are one of the founders for the forum here and i am happy you assured me about Gomatilda. The other problem is that i need to escelate this issue to Mara, as my current agent has been doing fatal mistakes , not prompetely aware of the changes that affacted my visa till the moment. The question is , Has anyone made a complain to Mara and was effective ? the second question is , I paid her her fees at this stage againest submitting my EOI and lodging the visa. till now she submitted my EOI to WA without knowing or informing me that it needs a job offer ( My job is HR Advisor - Scheduale 2) and we have been waiting for more than 2 months without being invited by WA for that silly reason caused by her mistake. I informed her after i called the WA Government and got informed that it is published cince Oct 28th that it needs a firm job offer. based on this situation , is it my right to get my money back as she did not do the service properly and did not complete it till lodging the visa. What do you think what shall i do now because i decided not to go on with her services anymore and change to Gomatilda . Thank you ina dvance

Hi All. I have been following the forum and found it very useful. I appreciate it if any one of you who has a personal experience or know any accurate information about Gomaltida immigration agency as I need to join thier services. I am in the middle of the process of submitting a new EOI for ACT after being misleaded by my current agent by her lack of knowledge about the changes that happened to the occupation list of WA. My position is HR advisor and she submitted the EOI without knowing it needs a firm job offer. I depend on your support to recommend Gomaltida and any other advice would be much appreciated.

VISA 190_Late WA Invitation_ EOI Lodged 12/12/2013

Hi Kmchu thanks for your concern. I called them myself today and they told be yes i need a job offer for the HR Advisor post as long as it is listed in scedule 2. my agent assured me just yesterday that it does not need a job offer . actualy i am in a big big trap because of her carelessness. anyway, i do not know how to get a job offer while i am living in Egypt. Normaly employers do not give offers unless you have a work permit or any kind of visa that permit you to live and work there . If any one of you can help me or introduce me to any employer i can send my CV and all related couments to them. i have an excellent experince in my field as an HR Advisor and Office Manager positions and still have both assessments valid till the moment. Any help -
I am an HR Advisor/ Administrator , i see many vacancies in the websites but all of them ask for a work visa or a legal document that allow me to work. I also have another positive /valid assesment as an Office Manager , but in WA it is offlist Does any one know anything else ? For example, people got a job offer while they are outside Australia ??

State nomination requires offer of employment beforehand?
Soha replied to weaz's topic in Visas and Migration
It depends on the visa you wish/entiteled to apply for. Check with agent or another one to make sure. But if you will apply for 190 you will not need anything. In my case for example, for a state nomination/ regional sponsored i need only to show them 3 adds .That's what i got from my agent just 1 week ago. Best of luck- 4 replies

As I am struggling with my ielts after my 10th trails, my agent is recommending 489 visa in WA regions as my position still in the list till now. We are a small family with 1 son (4years old). I need to know if anyone here has the same type of visa to answer my questions if possible. 1- In terms of employment, I need to know if there is any restrictions for this visa, I mean, are employers encouraged to offer jobs for people holding 489 visas? 2- I searched several websites such as Seek, my career, indeed etc. I could not find plenty of jobs for HR Administrators or Personal Assistants as this is my field of experience. 3- Are all jobs shown in advertisements or are there other resources of finding a job in the regions of WA. 4- What regions are better than others for families with kids? I know Mandurah and Bunburry.. Any recommendations ?? 5- What regions offer more work opportunities for IT specialists and administration? Any good websites? 6- If I applied for 489 visa, and I still try to get my target score in IELTS to complete the 60 points, Can I submit a Letter of Intention and apply for the PR after that? I got this information from an experienced agent? Is it true? 7- How much does it cost of private medical for a small family per month? 8- Finally, as we are Mouslims, is there any access to Halal food in the regions? Thanks alot

State nomination requires offer of employment beforehand?
Soha replied to weaz's topic in Visas and Migration
Lool. That is not what they meant . you can comply with one of the 3 conditions. I remember that you CAN just provide that you reserched your position in this region and have found 3 adds like your nominated position or closely related position. You must provide the FULL add with all its details .They want to make sure that you know what the region offers for your nominated job. However ,when you arrive there , you are not required to work in the same position, you can do anything till you complete the 1 year of work and live there for 2 years before applying for the Permenant Residency. Hope it helps- 4 replies

Hi, Perth is not considered as region area but if you have a family sponsored they will let you live in Perth .but if you are on state nominated you will need to live in regions like Mandurah, Peel, Bunburry..
-
Perth city is not a region area. You are not allowed to live in Perth or surrounded areas. You can find all regional areas in all states in www.immi.gov.au for example Bunburry, Mandurah, Peel are regions of WA. The governement used to consider Perth as region area but the governement of Perth dose not permit Temp visa holders to live in the city of Pert or any surrounded areas.
