Whether you have offer letter or not, WA skill select invitation is very difficult to get. (On schedule 2 occupation) This is based on my experience in 2014. I am working in perth with a 457 sponsorship visa.

Is there any chance to get an invitation from WA , EOI WITH 60 points? My occupation is on Schedule 2. is there anyone received an invitation from skillselect

I have a job offer and submitted EOI WITH 60 points including state nomination. I emailed my job offer to WA migration but no use. But I spoke to the WA migration and they are saying that my job is on schedule 2, so there is a less chance for EOI invitation. What a great issue. So do not look for job offers in WA better to look for NT.

Have you you done ANMAC SKILLS assessment. The letter of decision will show your years of experience.

I am in the process of filling EOI FOR 190 visa.I would like to get someone's help to know how to enter the Diploma (nurse) as a degree in the EOI section of the immigration. ANMAC approved my diploma and is equvalent to degree. Does anyone can help. Instead of diploma can I enter degree in the EOI FORM. I am struggling to get 60 points without IELTS. age - 25 points diploma -10 1 year AUS experience -5 state nomination -5 5 to 8 years experience in UK -10 if my diploma (10 points ) can be written as a degree (15 points) then I will get total 60 points

You can easily transfer 457 visa from one employer to another one. Only thing you need to find a new employer with the same ANZCO CODE. You do not need to pay any visa fess because you already paid for four years. It will take only 20 to 25 days to transfer the same.once it is transferred you are not supposed to work the previous employer not even a single day. This is the main visa condition.

You need to score minimum 60 points to apply for 190 visa. The points can calculate on the basis of experience, worked in Australia one year (5 points), IELTS (10 points) etc. Etc

I fully agree with verystormy, the experience through 457 from 2013 onwards is not good. Before reaching here the agency was saying about MOON and GOLD is in our hands. Once we reached here then only we came to know the reality. Now the HR is not ready to talk. They says 457 visa is for 4 years. That's it. Above all I need to pay school fees both private and public in WA, NSW and Canberra.
