Hello.. We are young couple (No kid) reaching Perth on 4th October'13 on PR visa. Need a rental house from 5th or 6th October close to public transport & near to perth within our budget. Budget max $200/week. Please reply me if anybody can help us in this matter. Thanks in advance.

Dear All, Me & My wife is coming to Perth on 26th May,2013. Just planning to stay around 1 week to validate our visa (190) and to complete the necessary works like: Opening a bank account, opening tax file, registering to centerlink, medicare etc. Could anyone please suggest whether 1 week is enough or not (Monday to Friday = 5days). We will return back to Dubai after completing all these and will finally move to Perth In August 2013. Plz. plz. suggest us. All of your valuable suggestion will help us a lot. Pal:arghh:

Hi Blackpool3, I am little confused about regional classification of Perth. Please check http://www.migration.wa.gov.au/rsms/Pages/RegionalclassificationforPerth-12September.aspx Here it is written that "Applicants who are successful in gaining a State Sponsored visa for the Skilled regional Sponsored (Provisional) visa (Subclass 475 or 487) are still required to live and work in a regional area of Western Australia outside of Perth." I am also planning to come to WA through subclass 475 visa. Can I stay in Perth? If I stay then after 2 years they will accept my PR application? BR Pal
