My son will only have Bisto gravey so I buy it in bulk from an English warehouse in Wangara Its half the price from the little English shops!!!!! As for sausages same problem ( he's such a crappy eater ) but he will now eat British style sausages from Coles.

I bought the H2O ultra mop. Cost about $200.................AND only been out of the box twice!!!!!!!! It's really heavy and a lot of messing around. wish I had got a small cheaper one to try out first.

If anyone needs a babysitter my daughter is looking for some work. She is nearly 16 (April) has loads of experience from babies upwards and has good checkable refrences. She charges $10 hr but is flexable on this. We are in Mindarie but she dose'nt mind travelling. Thanks for looking.

Hi All we're a FIFO family too,in Mindarie. OH does 4/1 building rail and roads for the new Solomon mine. It's a long swing but we're used to it now. PerthPomToBe "My OH doesnt have a rotation and it is doing my head in!! lol. He just seems to get sent away at the drop of a hat!" That would drive me nuts!!!! At least we can get a routine going

We had the same sort of experience when we arrived last June. OH is a chippy and he applied for sooo many jobs in all fields (labouring,Bunnings,all the agencies) but nothing. 6 months later he got a job through a friend labouring, FIFO for a civil engineering company. He now has his HR licence and still works or same company. It is hard as he is away 4 weeks at a time!!! Window cleaning would be a good company to start, the ones I have looked at are very expensive so if you keep the rates low I'm sure you would get lots of work Hang in there it will all come good
