Baconyesplease

I found the most amazing Bacon at a Farmer's Market in Subiaco Primary on Saturday's. I'm pretty sure they sell it at the Kalamunda Sunday markets too. It's by Eurochef Foods and it is not pumped with water, (they call it dry cured) and they sell streaky and short cut and by the slab. It does not leak water and curl up when you fry it and its woodsmoked, not injected with liquid smoke! Love the stuff. I can not get enough of it. They sell pretty amazing smoked sausages I'd recommend too.
