I suggest you just prepare a copy of it, filled out of course. Just in case, the CO requested for it.

Not technically waiting because I have not lodged it yet. But all things considered, I have completed my medicals, obtained clearances from the 2 countries i've been and already filled out the immi account application. Probably will submit it by next Wednesday and upload all documents. I suggest to include form 80 as it has been the latest requirement CO has been asking..

Hi Mark, I did it without an agent. It's really complicated and I suggest you get one. By a careless DIY application, i got a negative skills assessment the 1st time, twice did a health declaration in immi account and submitted 3 eois at the same time.. So, getting an agent is totally worth it.. Anyways, good luck, I'm 5 years younger and also a single guy moving to Perth alone..
