Hi Nicola and Andy, Me and my hubby are also into 4wding and could do with some buddies to go out with in case we get into trouble! We have joined Rockingham 4wd club, and have been on a couple of organised trips ,and like yourselves we have bought a compressor and a few other bits to get us started. We are based in Rockingham so we have been to some tracks down this way eg. Captain Fawcett track at Dwellingup and Prestons beach down past Mandurah. We also wanna try Lancelin and Mundaring at some point - though we don't wanna go alone. Let us know if you fancy it sometime, we are usually free on Sundays. Thor and Liz : )

well I passed my test in the UK a year ago, moved to Perth in March and applied for my Aussie license by filling in some forms, paying some money (not much) and they sent me my new Australian license no worries! : )

Just moved to Rockingham area after staying with friends near to Stratton. As said above it does have a bit of social housing etc but wasn't that bad in some areas, as is the case with many places there are good and bad parts of it. We stayed in suburb right next to it called Jane Brook which was lovely and is right next to Swan valley wine region next to Perth Hills, also is only 30 mins tops from the city! and 20 mins from the airport.

Hi, Just moved to Shoalwater in the Rockingham area last week and are now looking to meet up with people. I am 31 and my hubby is 36 with no kids as yet, he works as a mechy fitter in Henderson and I am still looking for work. We're into 4WD ing, camping, bbqing, going for a beer or 2, or just coffee and cake! Would love to meet up with other couples with or without kids whatever age you are, would love to hear from you.
