Hi We are arriving in Australia in the new year as Permanent Residents. Unfortunately timing issues means we are having to apply for a Child Subclass 101 visa for our new born as we have already been granted our visas. Does anyone know if we are still entitled to child benefit? Says on immi website that we have to support the child in first two years but centrelink mentions you are entitled if parents are PR's Would be ideal if someone else has arrived in the same circumstances or knows someone who has. Thank you
