We also got our grant today! CO requested our marriage certificate on 12th July (it had been corrupted on the system) and we heard nothing else until today. Plan now is to go to my sister's wedding in oz on 1st october and just not come back! Hope there are a few more grants to come soon - good luck everyone!

Hello! We lodged our Visa on the 31st May but its so close I think we count as part of the June group! My sister is getting married in the Whitsundays on the 1st Oct so we are desperately trying to get our visa approved and get out there in September to save us paying for flights back and out again so we are under a bit of time pressure! No CO assigned yet but should be next week if it will be within the 5 weeks we were advised... UK police checks are back (just waiting for Australian for my husband to be posted) and we completed our medicals on Monday so we are ready to Looking on here it seems to happen quite quickly so we just have all fingers crossed it will work quickly for us when the CO is assigned and we can get planning the big move! Hope it moves quickly for everyone!
