  2. there has been tv programmes in the uk to show most meat over here is halhal , but does not say it on the products.Even in schools they have been keeping it quiet, so my assumption is it goes on whether we like it or not.IMO many see oz as standing up and not giving in, I probably wrong of course. very difficult to debate though.

    thinking

spending much of my time thinking in the last few days of what we are going to do when we arrive and move in to the house. I would like to hear from any older pp'ers on what to do. I have been to Perth 14 times now so I know about the sunsets, the blue skies, the beaches etc. would like to know things to get on with and things to do. At home we have places to visit in a day, wkd breaks, friends for lunches out, life long friends to drop in on for coffee, and we are getting bored. So I am naturally thinking am I going to be even more bored. Also reasons why you made the move in retirement like us to be near grandchildren and is it all it is cracked up to be? ie is the cost of living massive, are the doctors ok, is the tv not as bad as you thought, etc etc panic is setting in and only 6 weeks retired here in uk
