By working offshore this is not going to meet the requirements for the 887 visa. You need to live in regional Australia for 2 years and work full time in regional Australia for 1 year. Or do you mean FIFO?? But it doesnt have to be the primary applicant of the 489 to meet the requirements for 887, a secondary applicant can meet the requirements, and will all be granted PR.
