Nikki

I chased agent yesterday they said that they will email on the 12th august they want to leave it another week before they nudge them as there has been a lull at the minute with the start of the new financial year. Also the timescale is dependant on what visa is applied for, mine being a skilled subclass they may not be as desperate for plasterers as they are for other trades or professions so I think there,s a lot more to it than just being in a queue. I really hope we get contacted this week, getting really fed up now

We submitted our 309/100 partner visa in Dubai on the 16/7. Not heard anything yet about CO. Does anyone know what the allocation times are like for partner visas ? I see there is an allocation table for skilled migration but can't find anything about for partner visas.

PCC already sent, but not health checks as we can do them by ehealth from here.

Thanks.

Hiya.

Thanks for the info. I hope I haven't jumped the gun as I have just had medical as it said medical was required on e-visa but no mail from CO. I think I just need to wait a couple more weeks... Hopefully

We would have done our medicals earlier like you have, but my wife and I have had our first child, so we've been waiting for the CO to assist with adding him to the application and get all the medicals done together, hopefully it will be sort quickly after that!

we had our medicals done together before we got assigned a CO as my hubby works away so wanted to do them altogether while he was at home, like I said we waited 9weeks but them once assigned was granted the next day!!! couldn't believe it! don't worry you will get yours in the next couple of weeks im sure!

I've got our police checks sent off last Monday and I have our medicals booked for next Monday which will be the start of week 8. A lot of changes have happened in July and prices changing again in September plus there has been quite a bit of admin downtime with the skillselect system. Timings will definitely slip. Spoke 2 oz based sister in law and she got co after 6 weeks, that was feb 2012.

We had medicals and pcc, s done before the case officer just to speed things up. Sounds like im not on my own waiting , quite a few of you on here waiting longer than 8 weeks. Its good to know we are all in the same boat

Hi

Have you been allocated a CO yet, I read that your agent was going to chase this on the 12th Aug? I am not using an agent so I contacted the DIAC earlier this morning and was told my case has now been allocated to Adelaide team and that a CO will be allocated within the next one to two weeks... It's progress I suppose. I just hope my CO doesn't start asking for form 80 and bills etc that will be a drag.

Hi

Just thought I would join this thread as it is one I have been obsessively tracking and counting the weeks of everyones progress. I am very impatiently waiting!

Dawnf - looks like I am a week behind you as we lodged on 15th July. Am going to chase for CO next Monday as this is my 5 week mark but from your conversation looks like CO allocation is more like 6/7 weeks now which I guess is to be expected with the influx of applications.
