BBQ :tongue:

I know it's a cliche but for 8 months of the year we cook outside. My next big project is a pizza oven so that means we'll probably be outside for 10 months.

In the kitchen we have gas oven and hob and an induction hob.

In the original part of the house we have a solid fuel Metters oven, like this;

We haven't fired it up yet because we don't really use the room it's in.

We also have a fire pit and when friends come over we sometimes cook up a stew on one of these and sit around and help ourselves;

We eat differently here. We've had a handful of Pommie roast dinners since we got here so don't find we use our oven much.

Naively I forgot about BBQ's! :wacko:

So are the rules around BBQ cooking different over there or can I look forward to retiring from the household cooking duties?!!

Is Mrs P allowed to use the BBQ? I have to say Porty with a BBQ, pizza oven and fire pit it all sounds very caveman!! :wink:
