Does anyone know of any properties to Rent and we have a Budget of $700 to $750. We would like somewhere close to a beach and near schools as we are thinking of living around this area permanently. any help would do... There is also another house gone up for let in the same rd, Iandra Loop, but i think there cheapest week is over $800. Its a new one though so see if you can negotiate a better rate. That one is 23 iandra loop, carramar. you may struggle as lots of places get booked ip months in advance, but as its winter it may be less busy. We are breaking lease at the end of Sept and the 4 x 1 and it will be available for at least the remainder of the lease which is March 2014.
