It looks like you have to complete this after you leave though. Also it has guidance in it that suggests contacting / asking the super company some specific questions in relation to your account. If so how would we go about this? thanks Elfie, Hubs says its your money, therefore you are entitled to claim it back, get in touch with your superannuation fund and request the same. So expect to lose a very large chunk of it when you take it back, but it isnt worth leaving here as it will depreciate and incurr fees.
