Looking for 3 bed rental in Rockingham from Feb 2014

Hi folks, I currently rent privately in Rockingham but my landlady is a wee bit batty and I don't fancy spending another year with her knocking on my door unexpectedly (and yes, I know all about the Privacy and Quiet Enjoyment section of the Tenancies Act).

 

I'm looking to rent a 3 bed house up to $400/week in Rockingham preferably within walking distance of Rockingham Senior High School.

 

My lease is up 15 Feb 2014 so I'm looking to move anything up to a couple of weeks before that date.

 

If you are looking to break a lease around then give me a shout. If you know anyone who is letting their property around then give me a shout.

There are lots of rentals about presently in Rockingham. Was looking in the estate agents on the foreshore yesterday. There are 3 offfices down there.
