We are a couple in our 20s and have 3 spare rooms in our large home north of river (Pearsall).We are looking to rent out 1 room. We have a large spa, games room with superb pool table, we have 2 foxtel systems including one in our theatre room. You can expect a furnished room with a double bed and walk in wardrobes.Also sole use of a bathroom. Property is located in quiet cul de sac opposite open parkland.
