stu4668
Could someone tell me if 750 dollars per week for a 4 bed 2 bathroom to include all bills is a reasonable price in the northern suburbs
Plimthing
all bills? water, elec, gas, phone, internet, tv? i pay $150/mth for last 3 alone and not had utility bill yet. I'd say that was very cheap as long as it included everything.

Weedolly
For furnished that is very reasonable. Take a look at stayz.com.au, ozhousrentals etc and you will see what short term accommodation goes for, some are a lot more expensive! jonandsarah
Is that a typical price 525 for a 4plus 2? For a fully furnished let short term I would say that was good we were paying that when we first got here with lets perth for a 3 bed in mindarie. $525 is very good for the area iam in (Tapping) most up here tend to be a lot more in Tapping. Real estate is a good place to do research on rental prices. I know some one in duncraig who is paying $750 per week for a 4 x 2 it really does depend from place to place. SJT
Our short term let for eight weeks for fully furnished and bills was $1,000 a week, but this was in Wembley Downs. We current pay $850 a week for a three bedroom, but it does have a theatre room and two living spaces in Scarborough. It totally depends on what area, what size house you need etc.
Candygirl
That is very good. We paid $651 per week for a 1 bed furnished unit in Yokine for one month. We are paying $525 in Willetton for a 3x2. It will all boil down to the area and how close to the city you want to be.
