portlaunay
I got a Beetle, 1302S with its roof chopped off, soft top was stolen so i'm buying a new roof. At present, engine in bits trying to remove the flywheel! Its tight! Broke 1 ratchet and bent 2 tommy bars and still doesnt budge with a 2metre extension!! HELP!!Probably not the right thread for all that, but needed to tell the world. Snap-On breaker bar and a length of galvanised pipe. Failing that a torque leverage tool. They can be pricey but they're worth it. You're right though, this might not be the right forum for such questions but I'm sure there's a Zone out there for you What are your plans for it? If our house sale goes through then there's a Razor Edge or a 914 with some reserved drive space.

It's not worth the agro IMO

Nikki, I had the same problem with my eldest. He was very keen to learn but just couldn't judge his no. 2s so I waited another few months and tried again. He mastered it in a couple of days and was dry immediately at night too. Might be worth waiting a couple more months.

Akasully2
Wow you are good. I am feeling fatter by the day but equally so, my craving for comfort food has increased too. It goes in my mouth and I love it, then I sit on the sofa and feel the thickening of my waist. Do I stop? No, I go and eat something else....arhhhhhh!!!!! The plan was to sell it when built but you know how it is, you kind of get attatched to them don't you! It is really nice to drive around in with no roof! Maybe not when its 44 degrees! Are you seeling your razor and 914??

Akasully2
I am sitting in front of a year 10 science class on a cover lesson. They are working in silence on a practise exam paper and I have just finished my marking. Thought I would take a cheeky peek at PP whilst wait I for the bell to ring! It is great looking around the room as it is full of biology displays stuff. I can see photos of embryos on my left and weird things in jars on my right. Straight in front of me the sun is pouring in through the window, blue skies. Ahhhh, almost the weekend. It feels nearly like beer o'clock time!
