FOL
Wondering by the feeling in my right eye if i was successful removing contact lense last night. I know i got the left one but had difficulty with the right. Is it still in or paining because I was potching trying to remove it. I blame this on the g&t ... Self inflicted ... Wonders I have four friends who had lenses and then have their eyes laaered. None would go back Can't imagine the hassle od lenses. Besides putting them in and out, also how careful you have to be with everything.

Rossmoyne
After a very emotional family drama over the past 2 weeks, I am finally home alone for the first time and have just poured a large glass of Houghton's SSB and settling down for a session on the forum. Edna
Sorry for the delay, had no internet access. Drive over went well enough, had really bad weather at some points, will update with pictures as soon as the broadband is connected. Hope your all well. Renting in Butler. verystormy
About to drive back to Aberdeen for the last three night shifts of the project. It should be a bit easier this week as it is milder with temps about 1 to 3c.
ali
Just been to the cinema, I was on a day off today so hubby finished early and we went to the 4.40pm showing and were the only 4 people there - so a private showing of the film following be dinner and a couple of cheeky glasses of chardonnay at the local shack. Edna
Drove for about 30 miles and took pictures, there was virtually no difference at some stages, however during the stops I certainly saw some of the best beaches in Australia. We took 8 days to come across, some days driving for about 8 hours. Definitely worth it, once in a life time for some, I will try and do it again at some point in the future if am can and spend at least a 6 weeks going over, there is so much that we just had to drive past to make up time. Have loads more pictures but don't want to show so many family pictures over the net, hope you understand.

ali
What did you watch? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Fantastic beasts and where to find them - bit slow to start but we all enjoyed it. The trip was a bit of a trip down memory lane as we'd been talking about the time that we'd gone to see one of the HP films in the UK years ago and went on the opening weekend - the cinema was so full, the boys and to sit away from us (and we had the lollies lol). so the other night, one of us said - we should go and see this one - getting everyone in on the same day takes some planning now the kids are older lol
