Guest Guest6235
They're also based in Leeds so you're keeping local lads in work. We didn't use them for the insurance, we used insure my move, they were about 30% cheaper if memory serves my right. I'll agree they were slightly more expensive but I'm a great believer in you get what you pay for! We had 4 different companies in and the only company that gave us an "all in price" (except insurance) was Crown. By the time all the "extras" were added to the other quotes, Crown were very competitive. As we were moving into a smaller property for 2 months before we go they also stored the majority of our gear free of charge which was an benefit that was included, they also store it in Perth for 2 weeks free if you're not ready for it! At the moment even with the extras added with the other companies Crown are around 200-300 dearer. We've also managed to get 4 weeks free storage with all our quotes so basically it's now coming down to personal choice.

I just rang the chap who came to see us and told him I would be delighted to use there services but as a typical Yorkshireman I would be doing the county an injustice if I didn't barter him down. Nice one. Sounds like I'm trying to get one back but honestly I'm not..... believe it or not Crowns original quote was over a grand more than what their final one was, if I hadn't come back to them with the prices I've got from the other companies then I would have been ripped off. Imagine the people that just pay what they get quoted.
verystormy
Just looked at the weather for the week ahead in our area and it's showing sunshine Mon-Fri ....but rain and cloud for the weekend, typical UK summer. Well here in Perth it is raining, grey and cold with possible thunderstorms forecast.

It's basically lots of brand new 4x2's. lots of young families live there and it has a nice feel to it as you drive into the estate. It's only 5 mins to the freeway then 35 mins into Perth excluding peak times. Warnbro station is only 5-10 mins. There are plenty of buses to the station and Rockingham and it's only 10 mins from Warnbro Sound Beach. They are still building in Baldivis quarter and Stockland are also currently expanding the shopping centre. Baldivis will end up being Joondalup SOR. Guest Guest6235
We saw a few 3 bedroom ones for 380-450 which were very nice and the street view of the road looked nice too.
Rossmoyne
Baldivis seems a nice but very new suburb. It is growing madly and there are good schools there, both private and government. The shopping centre seems to be growing as fast as the housing does. I doubt though that it will be as big as the city of Joondalup (NOR). Not enough space basically, but it is close to Rockingham and the Freeway into Perth.

SaffanZimbo
At work and wondering how my MIL is getting on at home as we've given her 2 working days to get over jetlag before she takes over care of our 5 & 7 year olds during the school holidays. They have been at holiday club since last Wednesday but now that Granny is here they'll be in her care till 1st September - really hope she appreciates just how tired she will be at the end of each day and hope that she does not rescind her offer to do the housework and cook the evening meal each day. I am so lucky to have a MIL who I get along with so well (but sadly I only see her 9 weeks every summer)!
