hi guys, just after a bit of advise, will have been asked before nodoubt.but here goes, long story short, well life was good living in our first rental, thats is untill the letter was in the post box that the owner was selling, this is a week after he told the wife that he would never sell as the property as would be passed on to his kids lol.anyway found a lot better house for the same price, always knew we was paying too much at this property, but it was in a good location.it has now been two weeks since we left and we had a final inspection done on the 8th,i know this as the wife was passing and was talking to the girl who was doing the report,we was told at the time everything was going well the property was left clean and tidy,so put everything to the back of our minds, except today the real estate emailed us to say they had done another inspection this morning and have pulled up quite a few isuse, which we find are strange, for instance the first report was clear and now on this one the bathroom were left dirty etc,is this legal because inbetween the two inspection, people have been in the house, the owner for example has been gardening and will surely have used the bathroom, feel like the realty is taking the piss, any help please, thanks:arghh:

Do you have a written first report? If not, don't think there is much you can do about it. Can you go back and clean the bathroom etc? You can ring the number below for advice
