Rent in Fremantle

Hi all

 

I will be moving to Perth in September 2014 with my OH and we are looking to rent in the Fremantle area when we arrive. We are open to the idea of renting a room in a house or renting our own space (furnished is preferred).

 

I know its a few months off but if anyone lives in or around Fremantle and has a place to rent, or knows of anyone who does can you get in touch.

Hi and welcome to PP. Sorry I missed this the first time around and thought I'd bump for you.

Freo is pretty expensive and demand is high. Prices have dropped recently but are still on par with property in the CBD. Rooms or shared lets are scarce but if there are any they'll probably be found on Gumtree. Unless you have an Australian IP you won't be able to contact anyone about them though and it's probably best if you wait until you're here.

Thanks for your reply...I wondered why I was getting no reply from those on the Aussie Gumtree.

 

If you know of anyone looking to rent part or a whole property in central Freo then please let me know.
