SaffanZimbo
Excuse the probably silly question.... Do most government schools in Perth have similar school footwear rules? Not sure if they wear black lace up/Velcro shoes like the UK... I've stocked up on trainers for the girls for PE but if they need black school shoes will get these from Clarkes just before we come in October. I've had a look at some school websites but quite a few only specify trainers for PE and mention no Uggs or thongs (which made me smile as thongs to me are lingerie!!). TheRocks
They wear trainers in my sons school. The only rules are no crocs no thongs. The private schools seem to be stricter about what they wear
Weedolly
Most of the kids just wear trainers at my daughters primary school.
TheRocks
The younger kids wear sandles in the hotter months. I get my mum to get me the Clarks Doodles sandles for my kindy kid.
Arwen
state schools just trainers. Private schools will require black laceups.
