hi, has anyone been to the polkadot markets in Claremont. They are coming again next weekend. I currently have a little studio here in the UK and want to continue with my vintage gowns, wedding dresses and aprons when I come over to Perth. So if anyone has been or is going can you let me know what you thought of it, and how busy was it?

thanks

Hi, please be aware we don't allow FB links on the forum.

If you are a business user and would like to promote your business please contact the site administrator and add your contact details/website link to your signature strip but no FB links.

Many thanks for your cooperation.

On another note, also take a look at South Freo Growers Market as the first Sunday of each month the expand into a craft/vintage market and have some lovely stalls.

There have also been some very successful pop up shops in Freo and the old department store Myer has been turned into a retail space for people like yourself. It's only open Friday-Sunday and the units inside are often shared by people with complimentary products. I think your work would be very much appreciated in Freo.

No problem, I understand, just need to set the rules consistently.

Love your stuff though, I think it'll go down a storm here.

My daughter uses a shop called Common Ground in Northbridge, with them you rent space in the shop, they sell it for you and bank transfer the money to you once a week, you control your stock levels etc, Common Ground used to be in the Meyers Project as well, but they doubled the rents overnight for no apparent reason, Meyer's have taken them to court for some reason, Common Ground packed up and left.
