MrPomPom
Hi all. We are moving to the Rossmoyne area in December and I was wondering what mobile phone network has the best reception?. I shall also be working in the CBD region.

Druid
I was with Vodafone in the UK, so when I arrived I went back to Vodafone, while I was in Perth metro all was fine, but when I started travelling around WA they were useless, so I switched to Telstra, had no problems since, there is also Virgin and some smaller guys but I can't comment on them, others will be along soon & comment
sunflower
I bought the prepaid sim from Vodafone at the airport. A few days ago I experienced the famous vodafail when I didnt have reception for over 4 hours! My friend who was with me had Telstra, she had no problems at all. Her husband Works FIFO on an island in the North. No vodafone coverage there either, so he had to change. I will be travelling a lot due to work, so I'll switch to Telstra. It's more expensive than others though.
fifi69
Interesting thread...I started out with optus, no probs in Perth with coverage....but could get nothing when we holidayed north and south. IMO rubbish plans, not v good value for money. A few weeks back, swapped to Vodafone, much better value for money, so far no probs in Perth re coverage. Have yet to try it outside of Perth.
