Nikkis2000
I'm an IT Project Manager currently running Infrastructure projects at the City of Stirling. OH owns a water cartage business. He delivers water in the rural areas around chittering where properties aren't on scheme water and rely on rain collection.
Lou8670
We're both qualified accountants although OH hates counting for a living so works in property for City of Perth. @Akasully2 would you believe I have a degree in Textile Technology?! I worked as a buyer in London for a year before I moved to Jersey and fell into investments and accountancy. I miss the creative side though; creative and accounting don't really mix

Finland
I have biomed engineer qualification but been a product manager (a.k.a. "the janitor") all my career. Would like to work in oil&gas/mining - big projects and big machinery appeal to engineers!

I miss the creative side though; creative and accounting don't really mix @Lou8670 that is a big change. I love be able to work in an area where I can inspire others and encourage them to discover their own creativity and see the world with a sense of 'awe and wonder'. It is very rewarding. However, I'm always thinking though of other types of work I could do that would satisfy me in other ways. I've thought of making things and selling them, just need to get my finger out and do it. Just don't want to sit at a stall all day making a pittance. An internet based outlet would be better. Saying that though, I have even considered changing altogether and being a dog groomer (feeling broody for a dog) but the market seems flooded and the training would be expensive.
