Mary is a lady in her sixties who is looking for a housemate to share her home. She is looking to welcome someone who can give her company and help with day to day things like cooking and maintaining a home.

What is important to Mary is that she makes her own choices and decisions about her life which we would encourage you to standby her. It is important to Mary that she can lead the life she wants.

Mary is a mature person who likes people, enjoys having company but also enjoys time on her own. Mary would like someone to assist her to reconnect with her community and also establish her newly built home. Some of Mary’s interests include keeping in the ‘know’ about what is happening in her home town and the world. She also loves being out having a cuppa and would like to invite friends and family to share a meal in her home. Mary is very observant about what is happening around her. You don’t need to have the same interests as Mary but you do need to be:

 

• Honest, caring and easy going
  
• Willing to foster good community connections
  
• Able to assist Mary to foster good relationships
  
• To look for opportunities for you and Mary to try new things
  
• Neat and tidy
  
• Family oriented.
  

Whilst you don’t need any prior experience the above mentioned attributes are essential.

This opportunity will benefit the right person to make a new friend and contribute to a good life by sharing a home. In appreciation of this you will have:

You will have your own personal areas within Mary’s home.

Essential requirements:

 

• National Police Clearance
  
• First Aid Certificate
