Samrushy
Hi I'm currently living in perth as a permanent resident, have been living here for 7 and a half years, on a recent trip back to England I ended up getting with an old high school sweet heart (lucky me!), she had already planned to come and stay with me in aus so she's currently living with me now with a 1 year working visa which expires in May 2015. We have been together since April this year. We are looking at going through a partnership visa and was wondering if anyone has any tips for us? And also any migration agents (preferably SOR) that we can go see? thanks! Edited September 16, 2014 by Samrushy
verystormy
You are better off dealing with a good agent than one who is close geographically as pretty much all correspondence is via email / phone anyway rather than face to face. One who is often highly regarded is Go Matilda.
DyLeB
You will need 12 months of defacto evidence to be eligible for a Partner visa. De facts evidence would include, joint bank accounts, joint liabilities, ie car insurance, tenancy agreements wills. Etc. http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1127.pdf
