Lou8670
Are there any houses that are under $430k? There are a few but it limits your choice of suburbs. You can get a house in Warnbro or Waikiki and I think there are house and land packages for under $400k in the Vista which is on Mandurah Road near Singleton and Golden Bay. Yeah, it's units/flats in Zone 1 and tiny 1 bed stuff in Zone 2. I've already used up my 'first time buyer' stuff, so it's of little use to me now. verystormy
There are builds being done - full turn key - next to mandurah station. Walk to the station in a couple of mins and train to perth is 50 mins. I think there are 2 storey houses for under 430k. Not much of a garden but very nice looking. elfie
Are there any houses that are under $430k? Yes there are depends on what area you want to live and what you expect from a house new build or existing home we are looking for a renovation but live able theres a lot to choose from have our eyes on one in Rockingham near Anchorage watching and waiting. It has a pool and a triple garage wrap around patio and a decent size garden for the dog but ridiculous price considering the work needs doing to it but on the up it has a new roof but its already dropped 10K :cute:Its been on the market 3 months and no offers. I ring weekly to see if anyone has made an offer and zero so far. If it goes there will always be another.
