I think people like to cover all bases, my brother wasn't married to his partner at the time, and he asked me to send over letters they had written to each other when he had had to return to England and before she came over to stay with him. I guess people like to err on the side of caution and send enough details so they don't delay the process. Whilst I agree with Stormy that you probably don't need it all, if it was me, I'd be sending it all to just make sure lol. I really can't think of anything you've missed - good luck and hope the visa arrives soon x

We were looking at this visa aswell but we went with the ENS186 from a 457 (still waiting for grant another 6 or so weeks and hopefully we will have it). We have all the same documents gathered aswell. We got statements from two of our friends in the UK who have known us as a couple and statements from our parents. We would send it all. It is better to be covered than be asked for extra information as the processing time on a partner visa is horrendous as it is.

The only other thing is if your children have their citizen by descent papers, I would get them aswell. (presuming they were born in the UK as mine were.)
