Hi, my fiance & I moved to Perth a year and half ago looking for things to do people to meet, live north of the river. Finding it very hard to settle and meet like minded people.. :o)

HI TO ALL PLEASE HELP I HAVE APPLIED FOR A PARENT VISA AM STILL WAITING FOR A C.O SO HAVE BEEN GOING ON WEBSITES TO GET AS MUCH INFO AS I CAN BUT THE MORE I SEE THE MORE I WORRY THAT WE ARE TO OLD TO MAKE THE MOVE I AM 52 MY HUBBY 56 WE WOULD HAVE ABOUT 50K AFTER SELLING HOUSE AND PAYING THE COSTS FOR THE BIG MOVE BUT I AM NOW WORRIED IF WE COULD AFFORD TO LIVE IN AUS AS THE HOUSE PRICES ARE QUITE HIGH ALSO THE COST OF LIVING SEEMS TO BE HIGHER WE DO INTEND TO WORK WHEN(IF WE EVER DO) WE GET THERE BUT WOULD WE BE ABLE TO GET A MORTAGE AND WHAT ABOUT OUR PENSIONS WHEN WE DO RETIRE SORRY TO GO ON A BIT BUT AT THE MINUTE ITS SO STRESSFULL JUST THINKING ABOUT IT ALL ANY ADVISE WE BE A GREAT HELP:unsure:
