LouLouSkippy
Hi guys... Has anyone gone over to Australia on a 189 visa without the applicant... I am looking to head over to Australia before my husband with the kids and wondering if I will be stopped from entering as the visa was granted on the back of my husbands job!! Thanks
Mark Beesley
Don't quote me on this but when you get your 189 visa it's not a family visa it's per person so I can't see why it would matter if you validated yours earlier than your partners
verystormy
Yes you can, but remember everyone must complete first entry in the specified period.
ricco56
Yes the only conditions on 189 visa holders is that they enter before a particular date. Secondary applicants (eg the kids) may also have condition 8515 added depending on their age. 8515: The holder of the visa must not marry or enter into a de facto before entering Australia.
