ktg
I'm sure that will be enough time. What area of Perth are you moving to? My sister in law is a director of a kindy. I could always ask her for any recommendations of one's near to where you'll be. Edited August 19, 2016 by ktg
ali
If you have an idea of where you're going to be living, have an idea of what's in the area and set up some appointments to view when you arrive. will you be doing a recci to validate your visa first? You could take that time (if you are) to get a feel for places.
Rossmoyne
If you aren't doing a recci visit, but know the area where you are going to be living, then google all the centres in that area and organise appointments to view them when you arrive. A personal visit is so much better than just relying on google and online feedback. You need to "feel" that the centre is right for your son and you cannot get that unless you actually visit it. As it will be a while before you are actually here, there will be changes in the centres available in that time too, so bear that in mind.
