The properties write ups usually say if they accept pets. Normally the properties are unfurnished. You will probably not be able to secure a property through an agent unless you have seen it first so you may need a short term holiday rental for the first couple of weeks, make a list of properties you are interested in and visit the agents in your first couple of days here. Perhaps I should have made it clearer in my post but i was actually looking to see if here was any private landlords on here who wanted to avoid estate agency fees or anyone looking to break lease.
