Looking for a rental from Mid-end Feb (can be flexible for right property)

 

Will consider anything from Stirling north or Atwell going south to mandurah

 

Minimum 3 bedrooms but must have at least 2 bathrooms and be all on one level and accept a small house trained adult jack russell.

 

Can provide excellent reference for both humans and dog.

Hi, have a look at realestate.com.au, it lists all the houses in requested suburbs and surrounding suburbs. The properties write ups usually say if they accept pets. Normally the properties are unfurnished. You will probably not be able to secure a property through an agent unless you have seen it first so you may need a short term holiday rental for the first couple of weeks, make a list of properties you are interested in and visit the agents in your first couple of days here. If you have your written references ready by the time you get here, it will save time when you get to submitting your application.

Thanks Jen. Perhaps I should have made it clearer in my post but i was actually looking to see if here was any private landlords on here who wanted to avoid estate agency fees or anyone looking to break lease.
