The sales guys just look through realestate.com and see what the block sizes are and see what houses in their range fit and call it a package. In reality it is meaningless. elfie Posted February 24, 2017 Report Share Posted February 24, 2017 Austin lakes is 25 mins from Mandurah 5 mins before South Yunderup. Its fairly isolated place. Some really posh houses on the cannals albeit a bit neglected. If you want to be on the verge Mandurah then fine. Not a lot of amenities there presently. Personally not for me as VS mozxie central.
