Good Day!

Respectful request for urgent Sponsorship to Australia, and other assistance.

1       I am in need of getting sponsorship for my aimed immigration to Australia.

2       My case is quite complex, and the best way to understand at least the essence of my situation, and to understand it in the shortest time frame, is to read my Curriculum Vitae. I therefore paste the text of it herewith below for your ease of reference / attach the text.

3       I respect Australia very much, and I am in need of the well-known confident, generous and understanding attitude of the Australian community. In return I will again be able to get back on my feet, and make a valuable contribution to the economy of Australia. I want to tell the truth, tell things simply as they are since I want to build my future on honesty and sincerity.

4       Alternatively, maybe you can please advise me on where to contact a few sponsors?

With respect and Hope,

GD Prinsloo.

Gaining sponsorship is not simple.

First you would need to check you have an occupation that is eligible for sponsorship. The lists are on the homeaffairs.gov.au web site

Then, you need to check the other criteria can be met such as being able to perform the role. For example, a lawyer would first need to be admitted to the legal professional for a state.

You would also need to be able to meet criteria such as a criminal history and medical.

Then, today, very few companies now sponsor.

Thank you for replying, VeryStormy!

I expected that it would not be simple. I believe my personal reasons and wide array of life skills will be sufficient to give me a chance to be admitted as asylum seeker, and given asylum. Be so kind as to give me a few hints where to search for ex Sponsors, possible new Sponsors or for other people and/or entities that can help me in this quest.

With my highest respect to you and Australia!

It's what Verystormy says. First see if you are eligible at all. You may have all the willpower and eagerness all you want, but if you don't tick the boxes to be elegible for a visa, there is no chqnce to stay in Australia permanently (legally).

After you checked if you are eligible thwn you have to start finding companies who could hire you for the job. Being in Australia (on a holiday visa for example) could make life much easier. Just google for buainess in your industry, use yellowpages.com.au, check job opportunities on seek.com.au etc

Gentlemen, and Australia, good Morning!
I need to apply for asylum in Australia urgently. I am a highly qualified person, and want to work. Please send me your e-mail address so that I can freely send to you the set of supporting documents. Below I paste for you the relevant starter information that I had been given about concepts such as “the Community Support Program (CSP)”, and “an Approved Proposing Organisation (APO)”.
With my Highest Regards to you all.

I have edited your post as the copy and past contained too much information, much of it which wasn't relevant.  You should seek advise from a registered migration agent.

Ali, thank you for reaching out and trying to help.

1                  I had seen this link before. Just so that the content is out there, and easy to quickly read, I paste the essence of the content below. I do comply with each and every requirement, but I need to find an APO to work with. And, if I understand the system correctly, I need a Sponsor first of all before any APO will help me. Am I correct? If so, please help me to get at least a hunch where to start searching for sponsors, and an APO who will help.

2                  As you saw, I had written to many of them (maybe even to all, if my list was indeed complete), yet they require a sponsor. But, with your experience and influence, you surely could lead me the right way.  Please do so

3                  As far as a Migration agent goes, please give me the links to a few good and decent ones.

My highest regards to you and Australia.

Here is the quote of the relevant text on the link which you had been so kind to furnish me with:

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Community Support Program (CSP) you must:

  • be outside your home country and outside Australia
  • be subject to substantial discrimination in your home country
  • satisfy all Class XB (subclass 202) criteria of the Global Special Humanitarian visa
  • be aged between 18 and 50
  • have adequate English and demonstrate this at a visa interview
  • have a job offer or skills to enable you to get a job quickly

You must also have people in Australia who are willing to financially support your visa application and settlement. Support may come from communities, businesses, friends and/or family.

Apply

If you wish to apply for the CSP, you must work with an Approved Proposing Organisation (APO).

An APO will:

  • screen you against the eligibility requirements
  • link you with secure employment
  • help lodge your visa application
  • support you throughout the application process
  • ensure you receive settlement services once you arrive in Australia

If you have Australian supporters who would like to support you, they should contact an APO.

If you do not know any people in Australia who are able to support you, but believe you meet all other CSP eligibility requirements, you can contact an APO directly.

APOs may be able to match you with members of the Australian community who are interested in supporting people in humanitarian need.

Resettlement priority

We give you priority under CSP if you are eligible and are willing to live and work in regional Australia.

Good Morning Everybody!

1                Yes, I can understand why the situation may seem at first confusing.

2                However, the main aim is to get to Australia. Since I do qualify with all the norms to get asylum, this is the strongest basis. This is also why I had quoted for you gentlemen the text about the Australian CSP and APO system [which says, in essence, that “If you wish to apply for the CSP, you must work with an Approved Proposing Organisation (APO).”].

3                I will write to the suggested immigration agent, but any further assistances from your side will be deeply appreciated.

4                I wish you people a wonderful day.

5                With respect.
