Uturn
Hi Everyone Hoping you can offer some advice as I haven't been able to find any solid discussion online. We previously applied for and were granted a 189 visa. The visa expired in March 2020 and we did not move to Australia due to a number of personal reasons. I am looking at reapplying for the visa, but wanted to know whether any consideration is given based on having already gone through the process previously and having obtained a visa? Or is it that you are treated as a completely new applicant? Does anyone have any experience in this area they could share? Thank you

You may or may not be granted one but a Mara registered agent should be able to guide you through it and give further advice.Sent from my Redmi Note 7 using Tapatalk

verystormy
The RRV would be worth a shot as it is a few hundred dollars. Though they have in more recent times being pretty strict with the criteria of having close ties to Australia. Be aware, if you do have to reapply, it is very different now. For example, to get an invite you will need 95 points.
