I know he is eligible and we live in the UK currently, I am a citizen and our two small children are citizens by descent. I am considering applying for it ourselves rather than using an agent. verystormy Posted April 22, 2021 Report Share Posted April 22, 2021 Hi and welcome. Partner visas are one of the easier ones to apply for and it shouldn't be too hard to do.
