Hi All (I am sorry it's a long one)

Husband "Darren" is already over in sunny Perth as he had to start his job straight away, I have remained in cloudy SA waiting for our home to sell, 3 months down the track still no luck so enough is enough! The house can stay here on the market me and the 5 kids are moving to Perth in time for Christmas! I am on a flight on Thursday 11th Nov (just me not the tribe) I will be doing a two week reco trip, I need to find a house!!!!!!!!

I have succeeded in getting my teenage boys enrolled into Ocean Reef Senior High on an out of zone enrolment so we can live anywhere north of Perth within reason. (I still have to be able to get the boys to school on a bus!)

We are a big family so I need a 4 Bed plus study (at the smallest)large family, dining and Kitchen, a second lounge/home theatre/games room would be fantastic, a garage if not a double, Air Con would be nice if we can get it, some outdoor entertaining and a delicious pool (must be fenced for 17mth toddler) would just be awesome if we can get it. $600Max per week have weeks upfront and bond ready to go. As I said I am coming across this week to see as many houses as possible and secure one so please contact me if you have anything that you feel may be what I am after.

Lee the home loan man I know you are out there somewhere lol, do know any contacts in the rental game?? We have already missed out on two, we have very good references etc and people can view our home on line to see that we live respectfully!!!!

We seem to be good at making the short list but not coming up 1st pick. Any help would be very very appreciated, especially considering that if we can't secure something before Christmas we will be 3000kms apart.
