To be honest, there aren't a lot of fully furnished properties around that are close to the CBD. Most of them are either a fair way north (Burns Beach, etc) or a good way south (Mandurah, Rockingham etc). If you were looking for something further out, you'd have a lot of choice, but there isn't a lot available that's handily located to the city. (Apart from ours of course!)
