Guest guest1228
It's lovely. If I was ready to move it would be one for consideration. I hope you get a buyer soon, Woodvale is very desirable so shouldn't be long if the price is right. Best of luck.
Guest Louise75
Hi there We are looking into moving to Woodvale, its seems a lovely green leafy surburb to live in. Jules...your house looks great....if i was in a position ready to buy, i would def have considered it as it is in the catchment area for North Woodvale Primary School. Looks like we have to rent first for a year before making the crunch as we own another property and would have to let our house out too. Any information about the two woodvale primary schools and about the suburb would be great, at this stage im leaning towards North Woodvale PS. Seems a safe place for kids to play in the streets with neighbours lots of cul de sacs roads as I have 3 active boys (8,6,3)! Is it full of us poms or is there a great mix of nationalities with some aussie locals? Hope you get a buyer soon Jules. Thanks Louise
Guest jules
Hi Louise Woodvale is a fab suburb in every way!!! 2 out of our 4 children currently attend North Woodvale Primary & are very happy there. Our eldest is in the 2nd year @ Woodvale Secondary College (high school) & she's doing well & enjoys it. There are ALOT of Poms here in Woodvale (esp from the North of UK) with maybe an equal blend of Aussie's. Best to luck to you all.
