Hi all, Im going to be arriving in perth on the 7th march 08, ive got a few weeks accomodation sorted but am looking for rental accomodation. Ive got a job at Graylands Hospital so some where near there would be good and near a gym. Does anyone have any rental accomodation available or know of any good estate agents I could use????

I have clients living in Ashby who both husband and wife work at Graylands hospital................. Ashby is north of Wanneroo where I have a rental property coming up in roughly 3 weeks........ 2nd week in March or thereabouts.

 

It's in leach Road Wanneroo, 3 minutes from the new shopping centre, close to transport........ and just behind a gym. It is unfurnished and we are looking at a rent of $340 per week. You can view photos of the property on http://www.johnmasonrealestate.com.au .................... it's listed as Future Development Block. Willing to let you rent same on month to month basis until you get your bearings .................. or alternatively you can sign 6 month, 12 month lease or whatever?
