Short term furnished rental/ holiday home required!!

Hi,

 

We've just had our 457 Visa approved, and will be arriving in Perth at the end of August 2011.

 

We will be looking for a short term furnished rental/holiday home for approximately 4 weeks, until we find somewhere more permanent & until our furniture arrives.

 

As we will be working in central Perth we will be looking for somewhere near a train line, (without a car Journey) to make the commute as easy as possible. Can anybody help us -

 

We'd be looking at a 4x2 property, to accomomate my wife & 2 children aged 4 & 2.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

Not long at all, only about 4-6 weeks which was very surprising - although this apparantly is the average for this Visa type - Not too painful!

Have a look at www.realholidays.com.au for homes around Clarkson (that has a train station) Currambine (also has a train station) etc etc that may help.

 

My friends stayed at a home in Clarkson called Pinnacle Park, and you can definately walk to the Train Station from there. They used www.elitevillas.com.au
