Guest Canadian
Hey Everyone I recently did a Visa availablity test and I was told I was eligible for a couple visas and could be state sponsored by Western Australia. Though in this site: http://www.australia-migration.com/page/WA_SIR_visas/344 It says: In Western Australia (WA) there are nine regional areas (other than the Perth metropolitan area) where eligible SRS visa holders can live and work. The scheme provides skilled migrants with a temporary visa to look for employment and explore lifestyle opportunities. After living in an area of WA outside the Perth metropolitan area for two years and having worked in regional WA for a minimum of one year, visa holders may become eligible for permanent residency. Is this valid? And what is exactly considered Perth Metropolitan? I'm extremely new to this and I hope I can get some help Thank you!
