moving to perth july/aug

myself and my family are looking to move to perth in july/aug i have a formal offer of employment paying 120k plus uplift of 30-40% for fly in fly out

per trip

 

is this a good salary for this type of work

also we are looking to pay between 500-600 a week for rent will we get a good property for this money
