We have applied for a house today and as the only people at the viewing with our references already checked out as ok I am quietly confident that we will get the place confirmed on Mon. We have to give 3 weeks notice to the letting agent to tell them we are moving out but they will allow less if they have someone ready to move in. So if anyone is arriving in Perth and needs a one bed apartment in a great area about 3 blocks from the CBD and on the CAT route then this place could be for you. It has a gym and a pool and is a great base as you get to know Perth. We are keen to move into the other place ASAP as we are currently paying for storage of our container which is sitting in Freemantle. If you're interested PM me.
