Roadhouse
Thanks for your answer bugs, that sounds fab, coffee mornings and reassuring that the school sees this a lot and knows just how to get kids together. Makeby primary is also real close to settlers so have kept that on the cards to check out. Just we did read that they only have classes up to year 3 which would mean my oldest would need to go to another school but will have to find more info on that. its really great that you have only been there one month yet your kids have friends already, even arranging parties haha. Thank you very much for that piece of mind xx joanne

Yeah I have read a few times that the school was hoping to extend but not sure how old the posts were and if the school ever did. That's good to hear that they have classes up to year 7. The Coulters
Hi Roadhouse, I lived in Ashington. I have 2 boys 11 and 16. The youngest goes to Makybe and my older son goes to Safety Bay senior. They both settled really well. How old are your children? Roadhouse
That's great to know they settled well. We are looking between settlers and makybe primary for our two, depending where we choose to live for catchment . We have one girl 9, one boy 4. Ashington close, we at gateshead. Just come back from meeting my husbands old work friend that emigrated to perth 6years back, he was on holiday home and had food with us at jesmond. Was so good to hear all the oz stories and even that his accent had changed x very excited x
Candygirl
Welcome to Perth and glad to hear that you had a good trip over. Made me laugh about the banana boy racer:biggrin: Baldivis is a beautiful area - Enjoy!
