Lots and lots of water before you go to bed, and a "Hairy Lemon" drink in the morning. Not sure if you can get it in UK but it is a tablet you dissolve in water and full of Vit B complex, Vit C, Guarana and Ginseng. Deb Posted July 21, 2014 Report Share Posted July 21, 2014 Just had bad news a friend and work colleague only got weeks to live I am in shock can not get me head around it.Only just over 3 months I saw him and he was fine.This is when you realise how far away you are.Can not call and give him a hug.It also makes you realise how short life is and you need to grab it with both hands and follow your dreams.
